Terms and Conditions of Advertising

1. All bookings, instructions and cancellations must be confirmed in writing.
2. Confirmation must be received by the deadline.
3. Any material supplied that does not meet the specifications will incur extra charges.
4. Placement is at the discretion of the editor
5. Advertising will be accepted provided that it contains no unwarranted claims for products or services, contains no defamatory statements or matter, does not infringe copyright, and may be printed without the New Zealand Author incurring liability of any nature whatsoever.

Material requirements

Electronic file format only: minimum 167 pixels wide x 112 pixels high.

Images must be scanned at 300dpi at the size they are to be used at, and supplied in a .jpeg format.

Material will be accepted as an email attachment. Please compress.

Advertisement Make-up

Our typesetter will make up advertisements from text and images supplied. The cost is $30 plus GST. Material will need to be booked and supplied by the material deadline above.

Text and images can be emailed provided they comply with the requirements outlined above.
