I began writing in 2004 and had many short stories published through teh NZ School Journal and Australian School Magazine.  After winning a mentorship with Fleur Beale through NZSA I wrote my first novel, which I was unable to publish.  I stopped writing until 2017 and have since joined a local writer's group and have now written 4 more novels and several texts for picture books.  I have self-published 2 of my novels through Amazon and am trying to publish 2 the traditional way.  I am not a marketing person and so my books are not being promoted and I could desperately do with some help with that.
