Marjory Woodfield has written for the BBC, Raven Chronicles, Mudlark, Flash Frontier, Blue Five Notebook, takahē and others. She won the 2018/19 Dunedin Burns Poetry Competition, was commended in the 2019 Hippocrates Poetry Award and Proverse Poetry Prize. She was long-listed for the 2019 Cinnamon Literature Award and has been anthologised in Pale Fire (Frogmore Press, 2019), Best Small Fictions 2019, (Sonder Press) and with one eye on the cows (Bath Flash Fiction Volume Four).
