CLNZ want to know your thoughts on AI

We know that many writers’ works have already been used to train generative AI systems, without their permission or compensation. Working together with Copyright Licensing New Zealand (CLNZ) and Publishers’ Association of New Zealand (PANZ), we believe that responsible AI starts with licensing or levies.

This short survey calls for writers and publishers to have their voices heard as we explore our community’s attitudes toward AI and possible remuneration models.
