Awhitu is a rural area 1 hour southwest of Auckland CBD.

They have on offer a newly furnished 1  bedroom self-contained cottage for use; ideal as a retreat which can be utilised for a fixed period (to be negotiated).

The cottage is 30 sq m, with a mezzanine bedroom and downstairs bathroom, furnished lounge, kitchen and wifi.  Linen is supplied.

The cottage offers an amazing outlook over the Manukau harbour and surrounding farmland.  It is private and peaceful, with parking adjacent to the main dwelling (a walkway from parking behind the main dwelling supplies the entrance to the cottage).

Rent is a very affordable $250 per week as we would like to extend this offer to other creatives.
