Ring of Culture, an independent Irish publishing and cultural platform, is running a competition for the first issue of Witty Wicklow Writers Magazine.

The magazine welcomes original short stories, flash fiction, poetry and creative non-fiction from both emerging and established writers.

Competition details:

• Entry Fee is €7 for Early Bird and €9 Regular Entry
• Original work only
• All entries must be in English
• The Top 10 entries will be published in Witty Wicklow Writers Magazine Issue 1
• The submission deadline is 31 August 2026
