The NZSA’s Christchurch Children’s Literature Hub is running a Canterbury-wide short story and illustration competition open to all 6-12 year olds in the area. It’s dyslexia-friendly with great prizes, awesome judges and the winners also win books for their school or home-school library. The prize-giving on 13th May includes a launch, games, dressing up and a reading by author Michelle Clark McConnochie from the latest book in her trilogy – The Strange Sagas of Sabrina Summers.
All necessary information about the contest is on the flyer here and all you need to know about the prize-giving event is available on the poster here
