Baboons On Balloons – Point Chevalier School Book Launch!

Pt Chevalier School is proud to be launching their very own picture book, Baboons On Balloons. Written by an 8 year old student and illustrated by all 671 students, this book is a wildly heartwarming story about resilience. The launch is to be held on Tuesday 23 October at 6:00PM in the school auditorium, Te Ra Road.

The launch is a free event and open to the public with a whole-school art exhibition on the night displaying artwork inspired by the book. The night will also be hosted by students, display their learning from the project and include a waiata performance or two! All proceeds from book sales will go towards the school.
