This is an extremely worrying moment for Julian Assange and your support is essential! At a hearing yesterday, a British court ruled that he can be extradited to the United States. As a result of this decision, the case has been referred back to UK Home Secretary Priti Patel, who could approve or reject the US government’s extradition request any time after 18 May.

If extradited to the United States, he is facing up to 175 years in prison for publishing hundreds of thousands of leaked classified files exposing war crimes and human rights violations (including cases of torture, abductions and enforced disappearances).
