Anne Manchester

Anne Manchester is a journalist and editor who has spent most of her working life editing the national nursing journal Kai Tiaki Nuring New Zealand. She edited, with Mary McCallum and Maggie Rainey-Smith, Eastbourne: An Anthology (Makaro Press, 2013), has published two children's books, Toughen up, Andrew! (Submarine, Makaro Press, 2016) and Andrew Down Under: The story of an immigrant dog (Submarine, Makaro Press, 2018), and a memoir Memory Stick (Wayfarer, Cuba Press) in 2020. She is currently researching a biography on the New Zealand hymnwriter Shirley Murray.
