Campbell has worked in theatre and television, and played rock bands. His short stories have been published in New Zealand and Australia, appearing in journals which include Bravado, Takahe, Turbine, JAAM and Pendulum. He is working on his first novel, and was recently anthologized in The Best NZ Fiction 6, and Crest to Crest: Impressions of Canterbury.
