Caroline Bindon

Caroline Bindon had her first children's picture book published while she was in her teens, followed quickly by six other children's books in the international educational market. Her published works since then include books on Christian spirituality, creative resource materials for community and church based organisations in New Zealand and internationally, and articles and stories for magazines and newspapers.

Writing is always a part of her life, and scribbling in a 'stuff book' observations, ideas, anecdotes and stories. Gathering a wide range of life experiences of her own to draw upon for her writing, Caroline has worked as a primary school teacher, a Baptist minister and in the construction industry as a contracts administrator. She is a mother and stepmother and now a grandmother and enjoys spending time with her large and extended family.

Caroline and her husband Andrew are owners and directors of Kereru Publishing, specialising in e-books and subscription based material resourcing Christian spirituality. They live just a short walk from Manly beach on the Whangaparaoa Peninsula, north of Auckland
