Dee's writing includes the nutrition book Grow Me Well, and scinece based books on nature's patterns, biomimetics, gardening, sailing and the cook book about Pacific foods called Sonja's Kitchen.

Dee is now writing environmental and ocean based articles for The Professional Skipper Magazine and the gardening column for Hibiscus Matters.  The gardening articles are available to read on www.feedmeright.co.nz
