Writing stories about scientists and their passion for science is what I love. One of my specialties is making the science easy to understand.I was short-listed for the non-fiction 2013 NZ Author/Kobo E-publishing Prize. I am a freelance writer with numerous published articles from in house publications to newspapers around the world as well as science articles and web content for children. An aspect I particularly enjoy about writing is hearing from strangers how reading my writing has affected them or what they have learnt.My first published short story "Waiting" was in mid 2012 on an American fiction website for mothers.
