Frances Mountier (Pākehā) grew up in Ōtautahi Christchurch. She loves and lives in Newtown with her partner and their two children. She was the recipient of the 2012/13 Lavinia Fellowship at New Pacific Studio Mt Bruce in the Wairarapa, and is the current QPSANZ Loxley Award recipient looking at mass climate justice organising in Aotearoa.
