I am an Auckland-based author with a passion for writing stories and books that inform, inspire and entertain. My debut non-fiction book, Growing Old Delightfully, combines humour, practical advice and research to help people embrace later life with confidence and optimism.

I also write fiction, ranging from heartfelt short stories to speculative novels that explore courage, redemption and the resilience of the human spirit. I believe that the best writing not only entertains but also leaves readers thinking long after they have turned the final page.

When not writing, I enjoy travelling, researching history and science, and immersing myself in languages and different cultures
