Jackie Russell has worked the rounds in the media industry as a freelance writer, reporter, advertorial writer, and PR wench. Writing fiction is a new adventure, and it’s taken her a lifetime of distractions to find the start line. Intrigued by internal conflict, environmental issues and angry people, Jackie enjoys turning throwaway comments into stories. She lives in a coastal town, north of Auckland.
