Janine is a writer, and researcher, who believes in the power of ideas and relationships to change the world.

She is a New Zealander, based in Wellington after living in Norway during 2020–2022 and Chile during 2000–2020. She is a Doctor of Education (2019) with broad experience as a school leader, teacher mentor, facilitator of education programs, and academic advisor and writing coach.

Janine is passionate about researching, writing, and sharing stories for the empowerment of women and girls, and the advancement of education, justice, and equality.
