Jean Rath is an independent researcher and writer based in Christchurch. She holds degrees from the universities of Oxford, Bristol, and Warwick. Jean publishes research in the areas of rape counsellor narratives and creatively written representations of research. Her work has appeared in academic journals including Forum: Qualitative Social Research, Qualitative Inquiry, and the British Journal of Guidance and Counselling. She is working on her first novel.
