Kiri Lightfoot
Kiri Lightfoot is an Auckland-based writer for children and young people. Her first book Every Second Friday (Hodder Children's Books, 2008) was a finalist in the NZ Children's Book Awards in 2009. Her first novel, Bear, will be published with Allen and Unwin NZ in 2025 - winner of the Storylines NZ Tessa Duder Award 2023.
