Lonneke has been in clinical practice as an internationally qualified clinical nutritionist since 2011, specializing in the evolving field of antiaging and beauty nutrition, as well as a personal trainer, health writer, ambulance officer, and former New Zealand beauty queen.

Lonneke has spent years exploring and compiling the leading antiaging and beauty nutrients from around the world and is set to launch her first book - The Food Fountain of Youth - on August 10th, 2024. Her excitement for researching started at university when she graduated with the top research paper award, presented by Integria Healthcare New Zealand. Following graduation, she opened her nutrition practice, wrote regular health articles for local newspapers and magazines in both New Zealand and now Mexico, appeared on New Zealand national TV talk shows, and presented health and wellbeing seminars worldwide, traveling to almost 60 countries as a wellness director on luxury cruise lines.

In 2020, she moved to Mexico, where she currently jointly operates an antiaging clinic with her husband, an internationally qualified medical doctor specializing in aesthetic medicine.
