I am a non published writer trying to gain traction in the craft of writing. I have placed in a couple of competitions which is heartening. I am half way through a BA Creative Writing through Massey University distance programme but am now taking a break to finish (at last) a memoir that has been edited & needs polishing!

Twenty years of research into the details of my birth and adoption have culminated in this memoir. It is not just a memoir but a synopsis of the social status of women of the 40s and 50s and how it affected their lives.
