My resume reads like fiction: marine research assistant, scientific editor, ski instructor, press officer, track guide and general adventurer. Corporate writing and website content pay the bills. Some very minor success with short stories keeps me inspired but my novel has been a work in progress for 35 years. I've supported NZSA by volunteering on the Top of the South Branch Committee since 2019.
