Margy Morris

Hello, I'm thrilled to be a member of this Society.

I'm  a mother and grandmother; a sound therapy and wellness practitioner and teacher, drawing from over forty years of experience in the natural therapy field. I have diplomas and certifications in naturopathy, aromatherapy, herbalism, yoga and sound therapy, along with continuing professional development credits in traditional Chinese medicine. My work is intuitively guided, informed by inner trust and experience from many past lifetimes.

I'm also a writer, keeping a dedicated journal of the crises, events, people and places that have shaped my full and vibrant life - from losing a child and all of my siblings, to the agony and ecstasy of learning to become an Odissi dancer, from riding across India on the back of a Royal Enfield and sailing the great rivers of Europe, to a simple lifestyle enjoying slow mornings, rest without guilt with my beloved and holding my granddaughters in my arms.

I live in the scenic resort town of Akaroa, New Zealand with my husband Dai and enjoy sharing my time between travelling, writing, seeing clients, studying, and spending time with my precious family.

I have completed my first book. Within is my memoir exploring glimpses of lifetimes as a healer.
