Hey there! 

I'm Campbell, a writer of contemporary fiction, living in Te Whanganui-A-Tara. Writing fiction has been a great passion of mine for several years. My debut novel, The Chasm Between Us, was published in 2025 and is an adult contemporary novel with themes of mental illness, romance, Christian faith, family and relationships and supernaturality.

In 2022, I was a finalist in the Katherine Mansfield Short Story Award Competition for a dark, bloody romance inspired by Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet where two serial killers go on a date, both unaware that each is planning to murder the other. 

Currently, there are two large stacks of TBR books underneath my bed, a murder mystery novel I'm in the process of crafting a YA psychological thriller set in New Zealand's South Island:)
