Nicola Thorstensen

  Nicola is a graduate of Otago University’s School of Humanities and a Chartered Accountant with public and private sector experience. Her primary writing focus is currently poetry and children’s nonfiction. She enjoys the dynamic of working in writer’s groups. She has published work in several journals and in political anthology Manifesto, (OUP, 2017). She has placed in several poetry competitions, and won the Robert Burns poetry competition 2016.
