Noa Noa is an artist masquerading as a writer. She has been a diarist all her life. She trained as a primary teacher and holds a BA in Anthropology from Otago University. With two of her four children out of the house, she discovered a passion for study and creative deep diving. In 2025, she completed her MFA with distinction from Toi Rauwharangi Massey University before launching herself into the MA in creative writing at the IIML Te Herenga Waka Victoria University in 2026. Her love of art and writing, to her mind, are one and the same: creativity, just in different guises.
