Sandy Hildebrandt

I began writing when I was seven: fantastical stories with unicorns and fairies. At university, I majored in Creative Writing for two years, before transferring to a four-year university to focus on Environmental Studies. I have written many articles, research papers, press releases, poems, songs, and stories since. I have a strong grasp of language, and excel at editing content and proofreading.

I'm currently working on a memoir composed of several vignettes, which are interspersed with my poetry.

In addition to writing, I love music, playing piano and guitar, and dancing. I also have a lot of experience as a community organiser and advocate, and believe that communication is at the foundation of good relationships and cohesive communities.
