I am a retired Mandarin and ESL teacher. Last year I completed How to Write Poetry through NZIBS, my tutor was Janice Marriot. With her mentorship and support I learned that I could write very well and this year I am working on How to Write Stories for Children also through and NZIBS and Janice. I have discovered a passion for writing childrens' stories and have four with a NZ Publisher at the moment. It is very exciting and I'm looking forward to seeing where this process takes me. It is very early days and I have discovered publishing is a fickle business. Fingers crossed and "que ser sera."
