Born in 1957 in Upper Hutt, in New Zealand. Educated at Victoria University with LL.B and B.A.(Hons) in philosophy. Books written are Best Contract, Commercial and Consumer Protection Law, How Change Happens: A Theory of Philosophy of History, Social Change and Cultural Evolution, Sense Perception and Reality: A Theory of Perceptual Relativity, Quantum Mechanics and the Observer Dependent Universe and a novel The Girl who saved England.
