Rosemary was born and grew up in Wellington, and after a decade away, came back to live here with her family. She has been keen on writing as long as she can remember, and when the urge to write novels came on, she studied through the New Zealand Institute of Business Studies. She enjoys her day job is as a science technician, and finds that the skills of creativity, attention to detail, and asking What If? and Why? questions are important in both science and writing. For leisure she enjoys photography, handcrafts and gardening. The majority of books she reads are mysteries, including historical, and translations of those written in languages other than English. She also enjoys listening to audiobooks.
