Sally Jackson is leading researcher and writer on recreational hot springs. She’s visited over 500 hot springs around the world and co-authored the fifth edition of Hiking Hot Springs in the Pacific Northwest. Most recently, she’s self-published a fourth edition of Hot Springs of New Zealand. Sally lives and works in Tongariro National Park as a hut and track ranger during the warmer months. Winters are often spent in the pursuit of hot water.
