Samuela Dsouza
Samuela Noel Dsouza is a teenage author. She was born in India and immigrated to New Zealand at the age of 11, and has been to over four schools throughout her life.
She travelled all over the world when she was young, and she likes exploring different cultures and places and incorporating bits and pieces of them into her writing. Samuela loves stories, and you can often find her with her head buried in a book, thoroughly engrossed in it.
She is very proud of her impressive history of pets; including slugs, snails, turtles, and even a fly. She loves to paint as well; and enjoys writing poetry in which people stop to consider things they thought were ordinary or question everyday norms. Another reason she writes is to inspire people her age, to persuade them to never give up on their dreams; no matter what people say or how old they are.
