Author, Coach, Trainer & Writer
Stephanie Philp is an author, coach, and long-time explorer of how humans think, adapt, and change. Through her work at Inside Your Mind, she helps people unravel the patterns that keep them stuck — so they can change their minds, keep the changes, and live lives that actually fit.
An internationally recognised NLP Master Trainer, Stephanie spent over two decades training Practitioners, Coaches, and Master Practitioners around the world. These days, her focus has shifted from certification to application — bringing practical insight, curiosity, and humour to real-world change.
She is the author of Tiny House Diaries: Decluttering, Downsizing, and Discovering What Matters Most, a candid memoir inspired by her own journey from forced downsizing to tiny house living. Blending lived experience with reflection and hard-won lessons, her writing explores resilience, identity, and what happens when life asks you to live lighter — literally and figuratively.
Alongside her books, Stephanie writes Thinky Things — short reflections and articles for curious humans who enjoy practical insight, thoughtful questions, and the occasional mildly mind-bending idea.
Stephanie has also written several books on communication, mindset, and personal change, including Goal Setting: 7 Principles to Achieve Remarkable Success, How to Change Your Mind, REAL People Skills, From Frazzle to Flow, Presentations That Rock, and The NLP Eye Accessing Cues.
Known for her grounded approach and quietly irreverent sense of humour, Stephanie writes and teaches for curious humans who like their insight practical, thoughtful, and refreshingly unfluffy.
