Vivienne Bailey is a freelance journalist and writer based on the Kapiti Coast, north of Wellington.

Her journalism work has appeared in national magazines and newspapers, and her award-winning short stories and children's fiction have been published in online journals and various anthologies including Fresh Ink: A Collection of Voices from Aotearoa NZ (2019).

Her first novel for children Cricket Crazy was published in 2021.
