She enjoys exploring and visiting different parts of New Zealand and finds inspiration in our beautiful scenery.
Some of Vivienne's writings have been used in creative worship in local Church settings. She describes herself as a "Follower of the Way," and seeks to bring hope to those who are going through uncertainties in their lives.

Dipping in to the Well
Everyone goes through times when it seems difficult to find a way ahead. Dipping in to the Well was written to bring hope in those situations and to offer inspiration as the reader dips in to the poems and reflections. The photos help the reader to meditate on the words and to think about the beauty in the world around. Many of the poems were written after walks in the native bush around Wellington.
Peace
A book of poetry and writing on the theme of "Peace."
These poems can be used for your personal reflection or in group settings. The book is suitable for a gift for someone who would enjoy taking time to reflect and think about their journey towards peace.
Photos that reflect the theme accompany the writing.
God Welcomes Us
God Welcomes Us is a book of poems, reflections and essays. Drawing on the Celtic tradition of hospitality I have written reflections that show the various we can feel welcomed - in a cafe, in nature, in the healings of Jesus of Nazareth.
Many are written during time at the beach or in the park. They draw on the natural environment in Wellington and around New Zealand. There is a section on Easter, and a section titled "Over the Coffee Table" that reflects on issues people face in modern society. The reader is encouraged to bring their own thoughts to those they read in "God Welcomes Us."
Coloured photographs accompany the poems and reflections.
