I am excited to announce that my book:

was released by Bateman Books on June 1st 2026 and is now in all bookstores in Aotearoa, also released via John Reed Books to Australian outlets.

We had a fantastic launch at Meow on June 2nd with the wonderful Susanna Andrew of Unity Books Wellington selling the books, along with live music and the very special presence of my publisher Louise Russell from Bateman Books. in Auckland It was an exhilarating experience for a first timer like me!

History: For 35 years I worked as a nurse, midwife and early childhood teacher, then in 2007 I founded a parent mentoring service called Plum Parenting, based in Wellington, serving not only our cool little capital but also parents and teachers throughout the country and worldwide, online. This book is a response to the last 20 years of requests from my clients and those attending my lectures, to share with the wider world my theory and methods which they describe as 'life-changing'.
