Zana Bell

Zana Bell has had six novels published internationally across a range of genre. Her short stories and articles have also been published widely and her creative work has won awards and grants. She has a particular interest in history, with a focus on untold women’s stories. Her PhD in Creative Writing is a fictional retelling of the history of her birth country, Rhodesia/Zimbabwe, through the eyes of three women. She is currently working on a hybrid biography of Alice Woodward Horsley, Auckland's first woman doctor
