CLOUD INK SUBMISSIONS

Unusual times in Auckland (where Cloud Ink Press is based) mean that we have decided to push the deadline for submissions back to 18 December 2021.

We are happy to consider adult or young adult fiction, though writers need to be New Zealand citizens or permanent residents.

The manuscript should have been assessed by a professional assessor and thoroughly proofread before you send it. Please include a cover letter with your full contact details, short bio, 1-page synopsis of the work and the first 3 chapters (or 50 pages) of your manuscript. Submit all materials in a single Word document (.doc or .docx) in 1.5 or double line spacing, and in a clear font. Send your submission to info@cloudink.co.nz with the title of your work in the subject line.

If we decide to read the full manuscript, we will contact you, and if not you will be advised via email when your submission has been considered. It may take up to three months for us to get back to you. We are unable to provide individual editorial advice on the first submission.

Cloud Ink Press is an independent publishing company, though we rely on author contributions to the publishing process. We look forward to reading your work.
