We encourage you to submit titles as they are published. The 2025 Awards cover books published from 16 November 2024 to 15 November 2025.

Advance or reading copies are acceptable if received before 31 August 2025 and include a firm assurance that the book will be published on or before 15 November 2025.

Please read the eligibility criteria (below) and then complete an entry form for each submission. If in doubt regarding the eligibility of a book, please seek clarification by emailing the Awards administrator at awardentries@storylines.org.nz

The entry fee is $35 per title (incl. GST).
For print books, THREE copies of the submitted title are required.
For e-books, please provide details on the entry form to enable access.
