The 2016 New Zealand Book Awards will be held in Auckland on May 10 2016, in collaboration with the Auckland Writers and Readers Festival. Submissions open on August 4 2015 for New Zealand books published between 1 June 2014 and 21 December 2015.

Deadline for submissions: 7 October.
