Author Talk by: Lee Murray author of Fox Spirit on a Distant Cloud and winner of the NZSA Laura Solomon Cuba Press Prize 2023!

Grounded in real historical events, Lee has taken the ancient legend of the fox spirit to tell the hidden tales of women of the Chinese diaspora in Aotearoa – of isolation, prejudice and suffering.
A Chinese New Zealander, Lee holds the Prime Minister’s Award for Literary Achievement in Fiction and is an international best seller and multi award writer of horror and fantasy stories.
