2pm Saturday 7th April Grass by the cafe, Corban Estate Arts Centre, 426 Great North Rd, Henderson, 0612
Join Katherine Dewar, author of debut novel ‘Ruby and the Blue Sky’, in a writing workshop to explore climate change through the lens of extreme weather events. Katherine will draw on her own experiences writing climate change thriller ‘Ruby and the Blue Sky’, the insights of her 15 year learning journey as a novelist, including study with Dame Fiona Kidman, and in teaching creative copy-writing professionally. Participants will be encouraged and supported to create a piece of writing during the class. This practical, creative session will appeal to budding writers of fiction and non-fiction as well as bloggers and campaigners. To register email me@katherinedewar.net or online at KatherineDewar.net
