Come along to hear authors Alexa Johnston (Ladies a Plate: Traditional home baking) and Dave Veart (First Catch Your Weka: A Story of New Zealand Cooking) discuss domestic life in New Zealand over the years.

Join us on Saturday 24 September on level two of the Central City Library to view the exhibition House and Home.

Then, from 2pm, gather next door in the Whare W?nanga hear these acclaimed New Zealand authors and researchers talk about their own experiences of domestic life, and some of their favourite aspects of the exhibition in this informal session.
