Join best selling novelist Dominic Hoey for a one off workshop on characters and dialog

Dominic Hoey is running a one-off in person workshop looking specifically at character and dialog. This is a workshop he has run at various writers festivals but it’s the first time he is offering it to the general public.

Over three hours he will teach all the tools and ideas he uses to create believable characters in his novels and short stories. You will also going to be working on dialog, making sure once you have these well fleshed out characters for your stories, that they actually talk like real people

The class is held at the Ponsonby Community Centre, 6-9pm on the 19th of March. It’s $100 and all you need to bring is whatever you prefer to write with.

As always, this is open to everyone. Doesn’t matter if you’ve never written anything or have published 100 novels. Dominic believes you will get heaps out of this workshop.
