More than a roof – live poetry in Paekakariki  Sunday 16 October, 4pm, St Peters Village Hall, Beach Rd

Coffee, cake and poems. What a great way to spend an hour on a Sunday afternoon! More than a roof brings together diverse writers and perspectives on our current housing crisis – from the homeless to the renter to the home owner, and many others as well.
Kāpiti poets Apirana Taylor, Rob Hack and Gill Ward will be joined by five other writers from More than a roof reading a wide range of poems, with music from musician/writer Don Franks. Entry is free.
