Wardini Books’ Great Big National Poetry Day Competition
Enter Wardini Books’ Great Big National Poetry Day competition and grab your opportunity to see your poem in print. Craft your poem and enter it for consideration by award winning judge Paula Green. Winning poems will be printed in The Village Press and will receive a prize pack of books. Open to children and adults of the Hawke’s Bay. Children’s winners will also be published on Paula’s Green’s marvellous website www.nzpoetrybox.wordpress.com

Entry Details: Free entry. Age categories: 5-7, 8-10, 11–13, 13-18, and adults over 18. Open to residents of Hawke’s Bay. Paper entries only. Post your poems and entry form to Wardini Books, 16 Te Mata Road, Havelock North. Entry forms available online at www.wardini.co.nz and from Wardini Books at 16 Te Mata Road, Havelock North and Wardini Books at 44 Hastings Street, Napier.

Submission Dates: Monday 25th July – 3pm Monday 15th August.
