Cat Woodward will be the guest poet at the next meetings of both Nelson Live Poets and Motueka Live Poets.

Nelson Live Poets now meet at the Liquid Bar, 75 Bridge St, Nelson. Their next meeting is on Monday 19 March, and they plan to start at 7.30 pm to allow the out-of-towners time to eat and travel.

Motueka Live Poets will meet on Tuesday 20 March, 7.30 pm at the Riwaka Hotel.

Cat Woodward is a lyric poet who recently moved to Nelson. Her first collection Sphinx (Salò Press) was published in 2017. She is currently finishing her PhD thesis (UEA) in lyric and robot voice. Her poems have appeared inTears in the Fence, Lighthouse, The Literateur, Ink, Sweat & Tears, Visual Verse and others.
