Storylines Children’s Literature Charitable Trust  promotes public awareness of the importance of reading and books for all children and young adults. The Storylines Festival aims to bring children together with their favourite authors, illustrators, storytellers and performers, all bringing New Zealand books to life.

A series of free Family Days are held across the country, these festival days are where children and their families can mingle with our authors, illustrators & storytellers, listening to stories, seeing illustrations taking shape, taking part in related fun activities, and most of all sharing the magic of our stories.
