119 grants totalling $4,998,297 have been offered to support projects by New Zealand artists and practitioners in this funding round across three funding pools (Ngā toi Māori, Pacific arts and General arts). We received 400 eligible applications, with a total of $15,749,655 requested.

This was broken down as follows:

  • Ngā toi Māori: 25 projects totalling $1,247,129 were supported. $3,013,187 was requested by 57 applicants.
  • Pacific Arts: 10 projects totalling $501,296 were supported. $1,684,358 was requested by 30 applicants.
  • General Arts: 84 projects totalling $3,249,872 were supported. $11,052,110 was requested by 313 applicants.
